This WOD is in memory of Benjamin “Bugaboo” Abruzzo, who died of Spinal Muscular Atrophy on December 25th, 2005.  It is important to raise awareness about SMA - Here is some information regarding the condition http://ghr.nlm.nih.gov/condition/spinal-muscular-atrophy.
