First Workout-

Your first workout is free.  Call or email us to set up a convenient time for you to come in.  We will give you an overview of what CrossFit is all about.  Then we will go over some of the foundational movements.  Finally we will end with a short workout to evaluate your fitness level.  Come try it with no obligation.

Beginner CrossFit Class

This is a CrossFit class for beginners or anyone that wants to go back to the basics.  It involves more skill training in the 9 foundational CrossFit movements.  Class will end with a short intense workout that builds on the skills developed that day.  This class meets 3 days a week.  Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 2pm.

 

CrossFit

We will begin with a good warm up. Then we will work on some skill or technique for the movements we will utilize in the WOD. After that we hit the Work Out of the Day. Followed by cool down and stretching at your own pace. The class takes approximately 1 hour. The workouts are usually short and intense, but are always scaled to fit your physical abilities while still pushing you to your maximal performance capabilities.

    I am a member of crossfit el paso and will be visiting family in Henderson in July. I’m hoping to get in a few crossfit workouts while I’m there. Do I need to bring in any info?
